We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Orders over $50 ship free within the United States.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@follicor.store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping may be at your expense unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.

8. Returns & Refunds

To request a return, email us at support@follicor.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item and credited to your original payment method.

9. Cancellations
